With all the recent rain and cold weather in Los Angeles, I've been wanting to stay inside and eat something warm and hearty. I have all of Giada's cookbooks and love everything I've made from them. She finds a way to use only a few fresh and healthy ingredients and make a dish that's bursting with flavor. One of my favorite pasta dishes is her recipe for Farfalle with Turkey Sausage, Peas and Mushrooms. I usually substitute brown rice pasta and use a little less oil and it tastes amazing!
