Sex and The City Night

My girlfriends and I had our Sex and the City night on Sunday and it was fabulous! We started with some light shopping at the Century City mall, then dinner and drinks at Pink Taco, and then headed to the movie. We were all entertained by the incredible outfits, scenery, home decor, and personalities of the girls (as always). And it was so fun to see Aidan again! I felt more connected to the first movie, but I definitely still enjoyed watching this one. My favorite parts were the 1980s flashbacks seeing how amazing they looked in all their beautiful outfits. The girls and I had a fabulous night with lots of fun and laughs.

I know I'm definitely going to see this movie, but I've got a feeling I'm going to be slightly disappointed in it. Glad you enjoyed it though, maybe I'll be proven wrong!

PS. I see Carrie there, all 80s-ed up, but Charlotte standing right next to her seems to be wearing the same kind of outfit she normally does?! ;)

Glad you enjoyed it! Any excuse to get out and have a girl's night is so much fun, but watching SATC2 as a bonus is kind of great too!

Ok, tell me the truth. The 4 of you went through which girl you each are. Right? Right??

I am glad you had a great night out with the girls! This means I don't have to watch it, right?

It looks like you ladies had a blast and I cannot believe that I haven’t seen the movie yet (I was and still am a huge fan of the show). Pink Taco is such a cute name for a restaurant. You ladies all look great!

Wow, you four did it right! What a great way to pregame before the movie =) And the 80's flashbacks were my favorite too. They were so funny! I thought the movie was really good, different than any other sex and the city (movie or show) but good.
I'm glad to see that you had such an excellent day with your girlfriends!!

I haven't seen the flick yet, but I'm thrilled (to say the least) that I wasn't enjoying my 20s in the '80s!

I saw it on Sunday night too...just a little further down the road in Hollywood. What struck me about this film is that it spoke to the difficulty women can face in aging and coming to grips with it. Or maybe that was just my own issue projected onto the movie? oops!

sounds like you had an absolutely fabulous time!

Way behind on your blog and just saw this one. I love the pic of us! And also loved that scene with the flashbacks of Carrie and the girls. A lot we didn't love so much about the movie unfortunately though!
