I constantly struggle to find work clothes that are cute and professional. Since I take yoga most mornings and get dressed at the gym, I find that the easiest work outfits for me to pack are dresses. I just came across this Alice + Olivia dress and I'd love to make it mine. My goal for the summer is to find at least 3 fabulous new work dresses, because we all know how much more fun it is to go to work when we love what we're wearing. What do you usually wear to work?

I love this outfit...Very cute and the colours are lovely...I work from home so mostly I wear tee and jeans but when I have a meeting then I put a cute dress on....The bag is so cute!

Ooooh love those shoes!!!!! I don't wear anything that great to work. I work at a lumber company. LOL I wear black pants or jeans with heels and a nice shirt with accessories. :)

i am so lucky - i can stroll in wearing PJ's if i wanted too - all winter i come in with Juicy track suits and summer i'm in maxi's ... longs no client's are coming in the office is easy-breeze comfy here - yayyyy to that!!

I struggle with the same thing! Work appropriate without looking like I've added 20 years. I want to be fresh, chic, and professional. I wear a lot of pencil skirts. I like using my boyfriend blazer, but I also like cute fitted blazers with short sleeves. I use scarves a lot to "spicy" it up.
This outfit you picked is so entirely perfect! And I imagine it would look so fantastic on your rockin' yoga body!!! I would also say wrap dresses would be work appropriate and fun.

Great choices! My office environment is very relaxed so most often than not I’ll wear jeans or casual dresses.

As for this outfit, love it all! If I did have to wear something more professional, I'd have this ensemble in my closet. And even if I didn't, I'd still love to have those sunglasses, pumps and bag. :)
This is a great outfit to wear when one wants to look fashionable and sophisticated and be taken seriously. Love the accessories :)

I love those nude pumps. I am really glad you did a post on this, because I am always struggling with how to make my work outfit cute and comfortable. This dress is amazing and perfect for work. My favorite outfit workday is Friday because I wear jeans!

I get to wear scrubs every day, which is great because its like working in your pajamas.
But since you don't get to where your pajamas to work(sadly because you love your pajamas!)I fully support expanding your business wardrobe.

Love those shoes, and that dress! I'm right in the middle of the What Preppy Wore challenge, in which I photo document and try to wear a new outfit to work every day for my last 50 days in my office.
I am much more drawn to skirts and dresses than I am to pants. A) it's easier to throw on a one piece dress than to find things that match, while getting dressed in the dark -the preppy boyfriend gets up after I leave the house B) as Joan said on Mad Men, "Being a woman is powerful business when done correctly" I have found that I'm more confident in a skirt, and since I work in a predominantly male field, they find me a little less intimidating than when I wear pants and a button down....

My office is at home with my son but I still might wear that outfit one day. Just don't let me walk in heals and carry him at the same time.
I totally agree that we should be fabulous especially in our work attire! I have a past post addressing this if we had all the money in the world to wear CHANEL;) and gorgeous shoes. If we can't look good in the place we spend most of our time at, then we have failed:)

I love this entire combination! That dress is so pretty and I love how it looks like a skirt and a top. I had sunglasses that were identical to those that I had forever (except they weren’t Tom Ford) and they broke on my cruise. I was bummed because they were seriously cute.
I love that Kate Spade ring and those Franco Sarto pumps. I’ve been looking for a cute pair of nude shoes. These may be it!
Those are my sunglasses, they are on top of my head right now! (yay) I actually adore the whole outfit...that ring is to die for!
