Shades of Purple

BCBG blouse, Forever 21 skirt, Nordstrom clutch, vintage boots

One of my favorite looks right now is the pairing of monochromatic colors.  As I mentioned here, purple has always been a favorite of mine and a closet staple.  I've had this BCBG blouse for years and was excited to reinvent it with this look.  My key to mixing monochromatics is using slightly different hues of the same color and varying the textures, which is why I loved the swiss dot blouse with the silky skirt.  These colors remind me of Spring, which cannot come soon enough, in my opinion.

Thus, one of the primary reasons for the popularity of these types of sunglasses is their fashionable style .
