Homemade Nutella Pop Tarts

As you can see from my posts here and here, Nutella is one of my favorite treats. So when Sarah sent me this recipe for Homemade Nutella Pop Tarts, I couldn't wait to try them. I took the easy route this time and used a store bought pie crust, cut circles using a water glass, and added a spoonful of Nutella. I then brushed the top with egg wash and put them in the oven at 400F for about 15 minutes. You can also make them with your favorite jam for a fruity version of this simple dessert. They turned out to be easy, delicious, and infinitely better than the store bought version.

I realise this may horrify you, but I don't like Nutella!

I'll definitely try this with jam though, thanks for the idea.

Just found your site thru Lemonandlaundry.blogspot.com. Must make these! We have a very soft (and quite weak) spot for Nutella! Just made Nutella Peanut Butter cookies. Were even better as ice cream sandwiches!
