Buy This, Not That

Lulu's Who Holds the Key Ring $11
House of Harlow Key Ring $45

As I mentioned here, I've been going through a bit of a "key phase". It started with necklaces and now it's shifting toward cocktail rings. This House of Harlow ring is amazing, but I'm not sure my phase will last long enough to justify the price. For now I found this Lulu's ring that I love even more for it's distressed vintage feel. I actually just bought a double finger key cocktail ring from Forever 21 (couldn't find it online, so check in the store if you're interested) that looks identical to this Lulu's ring for only $4. Stay tuned for pictures in tomorrow's post.

I prefer the cheaper one as well! The House of Harlow one is too shiny.

Can't wait to see pics! I love key stuff too, I have a HoH key necklace and the ring has been on my list, but I had to stop somewhere - your find is a much better price!

I bought a F21 bib necklace for my rehearsal dinner last year and it's so much nicer than I thought it would be!

We all know you love a good bargain! I'm not sure I really understand this key trend, I need an explanation.

Love these!! I just wish lulu's wasn't $22 to ship to Canada... their prices are great, but shipping makes it soo expensive!

Forever 21 usually has such great rings and they are pretty inexpensive as well!

I love the idea of having a key cocktail ring! I hadn't seen one before! Cute!

Hooray for skeleton key jewelry! I prefer the antique look of the Lulus one, anyway.

I actually like the Lulu's ring better. The vintage look is cute. I also bought a double ring from F21, it's a feather though. They seems to have some great cocktail rings at the moment.

I actually like Lulu's much better. I am the same way with trends. I opt for cheaper brands to alleviate the guilt when I don't want it anymore. I just got a gold boyfriend watch from Target for $15. It looks like the Michael Kors watch. I am gunning for a really nice watch for my 30th, so I didn't want to get the MK watch and ruin my case! :)

Oh these are so cute Valerie! I like the shinier gold of the HoH one, but you're right. You key phase may be short lived. :) Better to save on this one.

I like my jewelry shiny so I love the House of Harlow ring but the other is such a steal! I'm with you though.. I'm really feeling key jewelry now but I'm guessing its just a phase.

House of Harlow's key ring is still pretty amazing. Have you seen Tiffany's new key necklaces? They have quite a selection. Definitely not as inexpensive as these, but I love them! :)

wow - what a find! it's exactly the same...nice job!
