Avalanche Bark

If you've ever been to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, I'm sure you've noticed the Avalanche Bark.  It's  hard to miss and one of my favorites.  So when I found the recipe, I couldn't resist making them at home.  I've now added these to my list of homemade Christmas gifts for next year, because they are fantastic (and so easy to make).

Val, I wish I had half of your dedication to exercise! I have all of your dedication (plus more) to eating sweet stuff like this, but I need some of the other side! This looks like heaven.

I lost 3 pounds this week (I'm dieting). So your blog has become TORTURE. I plan on making all these yummies in a couple months or maybe next holiday season. They all sound soooo good! How do you stay so skinny? Seriously girl you look so good!
