I've heard countless raves about Sasabune, many claiming it to have the "best sushi in Los Angeles". Gabe and I went for the first time on Saturday and we couldn't agree more. This place is for "serious" sushi lovers. They don't have tempura or California rolls, just traditional sushi and sashimi that melts in your mouth. We ordered Omakase (where the chef chooses your meal) and it was incredible. They bring you the crab hand roll last for good reason. It's definitely the most delicious way to end an already amazing meal. If you're in LA and love sushi, this is the place to go.
