I've always been intrigued by the idea of food festivals. Any event that revolves around food is a good idea in my book. So when Nate and Kristal invited us to Taste of Abbot Kinney, we couldn't resist. The annual event began last year, involved all our favorite Abbot Kinney restaurants along with the best LA food trucks, and was a blast. The Slammin' Sliders food truck's sweet potato croquettes stood out as one of my favorite tastes of the day, but everything we tried was delicious.
